We are seeking a results-oriented Account Executive with strong full-cycle SaaS selling experience, particularly within outbound sales environments. In this role, you will drive outbound pipeline generation while also managing qualified inbound leads to maximize revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Own prospecting, discovery, product demos, negotiation, and closing.
- Outbound Sourcing: Proactively source new business through strategic outbound efforts (calls, emails, social, etc.).
- Inbound Conversion: Respond to and convert qualified inbound leads in a timely and professional manner.
- Personalized Outreach: Execute highly personalized outreach campaigns using our internal platform and integrated sales tools.
- Market Coverage: Close deals across SMB and mid-market segments, managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Performance: Consistently meet or exceed new customer acquisition and revenue targets.
- CRM Hygiene: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activity records in HubSpot CRM.
- Feedback Loop: Share customer insights and market feedback to support ongoing product and go-to-market improvements.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of full-cycle SaaS selling.
- Outbound DNA: Proven experience in cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach.
- Lead Handling: Demonstrated success in converting inbound inquiries into closed revenue.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (sales automation, reporting, pipeline management).
- Sales Tech Savvy: Experience with data enrichment, AI/automation, or intent-based prospecting is a strong plus.
- Communication: Skilled in leading product demos, building value, and handling multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Mindset: Self-starter mentality, comfortable in a high-velocity startup environment.

- Prior SaaS startup experience.
- Familiarity with tools like Outreach, Salesloft, Vidyard, or similar.
