Account Executive (Growth) – Sports & Tactical SaaS
Location: Hybrid (Ottawa, ON) / Remote (Canada) Compensation: CAD Base + Uncapped Commission

Known for unrivaled speed and reliability, our technology empowers coaches to make real-time adjustments and helps tactical units enhance their training evaluations. We are looking for a driven Account Executive to own the full sales cycle within our core sports division, focusing on high school and collegiate programs across the United States.
Your Impact
- Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process from initial prospecting (inbound and outbound) to live demos and closing.
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute targeted account plans within a defined territory to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the unique pain points of coaches and program directors, demonstrating how our platform helps them achieve championship-level results.
- Process Optimization: Partner with leadership to refine messaging, pricing models, and sales workflows as we continue to scale.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records of sales activity and forecasting within our CRM (HubSpot).
What You Bring to the Table
- The Hunter Mentality: You are comfortable with outbound outreach and possess the persistence required to break into new accounts.
- Sales Experience: 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales is preferred, with a proven track record of managing and closing your own deals.
