A rapidly growing Series A developer tools company with 30 employees is looking for a Backend Software Engineer with over 3 years of experience. This remote role involves designing and implementing scalable backend systems, optimizing databases, and maintaining a microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will be a product-driven individual who is passionate about simplifying developer infrastructure and working at the forefront of technologies like Kubernetes and GitOps. This position offers significant ownership and the opportunity to help build a platform used by thousands of developer teams worldwide.

• 3+ years of professional experience in backend development.
• Proficiency in languages such as Go, Python, or Node.js.
• Experience with microservices architecture and API design.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Strong knowledge of database performance and data structures (SQL and NoSQL).
