We are looking for individuals to join international teams in a remote, fast-paced environment focused on communication, coordination, and real-time problem solving.

👉  How to submit your video:

1. Record your video using your preferred tool (Loom, Zoom, phone, etc.).
2. Upload it to Google Drive.
3. Crucial: Change the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view" (Public Access) so our team can open it.
4. Paste the link into your application.

• Communicate with clients or users in English on a daily basis 
• Handle situations in real time and provide updates 
• Coordinate tasks and follow up on ongoing requests 
• Use different tools and systems to track and manage information 
• Ensure clear and effective communication across interactions 

• English level: intermediate-high to advanced (B2–C1) 
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in real situations 
• Strong problem-solving mindset 
• Comfortable working with systems and digital tools 
• Interest or affinity for technical or process-driven environments 
• Ability to stay organized and handle dynamic situations 

• Contractor-based role (independent contractor) 
• Paid in USD 
• Compensation includes: 
  • A fixed monthly base amount 
  • Performance-based incentives / variable pay

• This is a fully remote position 
• Work involves constant communication in English

• Previous experience in similar roles is helpful but not required

• Prefer dynamic work over repetitive tasks
