Executive Assistant (Remote, EST)
A fast-growing tech startup building a revolutionary "Uber for Hiring" platform is seeking a high-agency Executive Assistant to support its two Co-founders. This is not a traditional administrative role; it is a high-impact position designed for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and moves at startup speed.
The successful candidate will manage administrative, operational, and communication workflows, acting as a force multiplier for the leadership team.
Mandatory Experience & Skills
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- Proven EA Experience: Previous professional experience as an Executive Assistant.
- B2B Tech Startup Background: Direct experience working within the B2B software industry.
- Exceptional English Communication: Native-level fluency in both written and verbal communication.
- High Organization & Detail: Mastery of inbox management, scheduling, and ensuring nothing "slips through the cracks."
- Startup Mindset: Ability to work independently in a remote, hands-off environment and a willingness to scale hours beyond 40/week when business needs arise.
- Operational Agility: Proficiency in managing CRMs (e.g., Attio), LinkedIn campaigns, and basic outbound sales/marketing workflows.
Preferred Qualification:
- Previous experience specifically supporting a Company Founder.
Key Responsibilities
- Founder Support: Manage complex email inboxes, draft correspondence, and protect founder focus by prioritizing action items.
- Growth & Outreach: Oversee LinkedIn activity, manage automated outbound campaigns, and schedule demo calls for prospects.
- Customer Operations: Handle customer onboarding, manage service agreements, and coordinate payments/contracts with partners.
- Systems Management: Maintain CRM integrity and build internal structures to help the company scale.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Assist with marketing initiatives (e.g., video editing, gifting) and coordinate international travel/logistics.
Working Hours
- Schedule: 9 AM – 5 PM EST.
- Flexibility: flexibility is required to meet the demands of a scaling startup.
