As a Senior Product Engineer, you won’t just be "clearing tickets." You will be a core architect of our user experience, helping us build high-performance tools that developers rely on daily to keep their systems running.
The Mission
- Architecting Clarity: Transform billions of data signals into a performant, intuitive UI. You will use React and TypeScript to build a data-rich environment that stays responsive even under heavy loads.
- Scaling the Frontend: Co-own our component architecture and state management strategy. You’ll make the critical calls on how we maintain speed and stability as our feature set expands.
- Product Ownership: Work at the intersection of engineering and design. You are expected to advocate for the end-user, ensuring that every feature isn't just functional, but meaningful.
Your Progression Path
- The First Week: Get integrated, pair with the team, and ship your first contribution to production.
- The First Quarter: Take ownership of major user-facing features, directly impacting how customers visualize telemetry data and troubleshoot bottlenecks.
- The First Year: Become a pillar of the engineering org. You’ll mentor peers, refine our Tailwind CSS patterns, and lead the long-term evolution of our interface architecture.
Technical Profile
We are looking for a builder who thrives in high-autonomy, high-impact environments.
- Data-Visualisation Expert: You have a proven track record of building complex, data-heavy apps using React, TypeScript, and charting libraries like D3.js or Recharts.
- Modern Workflow: You leverage AI and agentic coding tools to move fast, but you possess the technical judgment to audit and refine the output to meet high production standards.
- Performance Minded: You have a deep understanding of state management and how to optimize web applications for maximum speed.
- Full-Stack Awareness: While your heart is in the frontend, you are comfortable with RESTful APIs and have a working knowledge of server-side logic to ensure seamless integration.
- Quality First: You are an advocate for testing frameworks and believe that well-tested code is the only way to move fast safely.
