Field Account Executive - Healthcare

📍 USA, Hybrid / Remote

   

Join a high-growth, profitable marketplace that connects healthcare facilities with essential professional talent. As the primary point of contact in your market, you will drive revenue through a mix of new business acquisition and the expansion of existing partnerships.


The Role

You will act as the "CEO" of your assigned territory, responsible for the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. This is a field-heavy position requiring significant face-to-face interaction with decision-makers. We are currently hiring for two paths:


  • Local Market: Focusing on a single metropolitan area with 3–4 days of local field work per week. (*)


  • Regional Growth: Focusing on a cluster of smaller metros, requiring approximately 50% travel with overnight stays.


Key Responsibilities

  • Market Growth: Prospect, pitch, and close new healthcare facility partnerships through active field sales.
  • Account Management: Deepen relationships with existing clients to increase platform adoption and engagement.
  • Field Execution: Spend the majority of your week (up to 4 days) conducting in-person meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations.
  • Strategic Planning: Analyze the local competitive landscape and healthcare market to develop a winning territory strategy.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and activity logs within the CRM.


Who You Are

We are seeking both emerging talent (0–2 years of sales/customer-facing experience) and seasoned professionals (3–5+ years in outside sales or territory management).


  • Action-Oriented: You have a natural persistence and a "bias for action."
  • Autonomous: You are comfortable managing your own schedule and pipeline with minimal oversight.
  • Communicator: You can build rapport easily with both clinical and business-minded audiences.
  • Mobile: You possess a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license for consistent field travel.
