A fast-growing, seed-stage legal-tech startup is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer with over 5 years of experience. This role is a unique opportunity to own a significant part of the product and work directly with the company's founders. The ideal candidate will be a mission-driven individual who thrives in a high-ownership environment and is passionate about building an AI-powered product that's making a real impact on the immigration process for global talent.

• 5+ years of professional experience in a Frontend role.
• Strong proficiency with React and Next.js.
• Expertise in TypeScript and GraphQL.
• The ability to build and scale applications with a focus on performance.
• Experience with implementing complex dashboards and integrating new technologies, such as AI assistants.
• Familiarity with the full tech stack, including Node.js, Jest, Tailwind CSS, Webpack, and CI/CD.
• A startup mindset, including being adaptable, able to iterate quickly, and comfortable with a high degree of autonomy.

• Experience working with US-based VC-backed startups
• Experience with high-growth, non-US startups
• Experience working with US companies
• From product-based companies (dev shop backgrounds are not a fit)
