Lead UX and frontend architecture across web and mobile surfaces
Own React component library and design system with accessibility
Drive React Web → React Native transition for audio-heavy clinician workflows
Integrate securely with RESTful microservices and authentication
Set up product analytics, event schemas, dashboards, and experimentation guardrails
Institute testing strategy (unit, integration, E2E) and maintain CI health
Improve performance (TTI, bundle size, cold start) and reliability (error rates, SLOs)
Mentor engineers and collaborate closely with backend and product
