The client is a fast-growing product-based SaaS company building cutting-edge solutions for industrial inventory management. We’re looking for a Lead React Native Engineer(6-10 years experience) to lead mobile front-end development and build our application from the ground up.

Role Details:

Location: On-site, Mumbai (Monday–Friday + alternate Saturdays)

Start Date: Immediate

Type: Full-time (not remote)

What You’ll Work On:

• Lead the development of our offline-first (watermelonDB) React Native mobile application
• Integrate with RFID Inventory SDKs (Zebra / Bluetooth devices)
• Build scalable, stable, and high-performance features for real-world industrial use cases
• Collaborate with backend/API teams to ensure smooth data sync and offline handling

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience with React Native (iOS + Android)
• Hands-on experience with offline-first mobile architecture
• Knowledge of RFID/IoT integrations (SDKs, Bluetooth)
• Solid understanding of Java (for SDK integrations)
• Experience working in SaaS or product-based companies preferred
• Ability to lead projects and mentor team members
