You will collaborate closely with product and design teams to transform innovative ideas into seamless interfaces.
What You'll Do
- End-to-End Development: Own the development of highly interactive, performant, and elegant frontend experiences from concept to production.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and design teams to translate ambiguous ideas into polished, user-friendly interfaces.
- Technical Excellence: Set the standard for clean, maintainable, and scalable frontend architecture.
- AI Integration: Seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into human-centered user interactions and agentic workflows.
- Optimization: Implement analytics and feedback loops; optimize performance through strong CI/CD practices and testing frameworks.
- Systems Growth: Evolve our design system and component library to ensure consistency and rapid development.
Requirements
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, Next.js, and TailwindCSS.
- Frontend Architecture: Ability to architect scalable, modular systems while balancing speed and structure.
- AI Product Focus: High enthusiasm for AI-native interfaces and integrating LLMs into real-time interactions.
- Execution: Proven ability to ship meaningful products quickly with an analytical mindset for fast iteration.
- Design Sensibility: Strong focus on interaction, motion, and polish to build delightful interfaces.
- Experience: Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment is highly preferred.
