• Develop and maintain web applications using NodeJS, ReactJS, and GraphQL for property management workflows
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following established best practices and coding standards
• Actively participate in all stages of the development lifecycle, from planning and design to delivery and maintenance
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers to ensure seamless feature integration
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, contributing to overall application stability and performance optimization
• Participate in comprehensive code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and facilitate knowledge sharing
• Contribute to improving the structure and architecture of the existing codebase for better scalability and maintainability
• Develop and update technical documentation for both completed work and planned development initiatives
• Work on high-impact features for payments processing, growth optimization, and user acquisition workflows that directly affect millions of users

The ideal candidate for this role has a background working with US-based VC-backed startups or fast-growing non-US startups. 

They have experience working with US companies and come from product-based companies, not dev shops. They are a senior, autonomous engineer who is comfortable in a remote-first, async-friendly environment.
