A Seed-stage company in the developer tools sector, currently with 15 employees and $2M in funding, is actively seeking a Full-Stack Engineer with over 5 years of experience. This fully remote role is for a company dedicated to empowering anyone to build software through no-code tools enhanced by AI. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-intensity, product-focused, and results-driven remote-first environment.

The position involves building and scaling new features across the product suite, including forms and the upcoming Zite app builder. A key aspect of the role is owning both the frontend UX (in React/TypeScript) and backend services (in Node.js). The engineer will also be responsible for implementing AI-assisted form migration tools and template experiences, designing and maintaining integrations with external APIs, and ensuring high code quality through reviews, testing, and observability. This is a lean team where engineers do impactful end-to-end work and collaborate closely with the founder.

The company is looking for candidates with:

• Extensive Full-Stack Experience: 5+ years building and scaling features across frontend and backend, with a proven track record in React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Database Proficiency: Experience with PostgreSQL.
• AI Tooling Exposure: Familiarity with AI-augmented tools and serverless architectures.
• Product-Driven Mindset: A strong background working with product-based companies is essential; candidates from dev shop backgrounds are not a fit.
• Startup Acumen: Demonstrated experience with US-based VC-backed startups, high-growth non-US startups, or direct experience working with US companies is highly valued.
