We’re seeking an ambitious Account Executive who has successfully scaled a SaaS product within a high-growth startup environment (Series A/B/C) and has a proven track record of growing mid-market organizations while laying the groundwork for enterprise expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Sales: Manage the end-to-end sales motion, including cold outreach, discovery, qualification, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing.
  • Strategic Growth: Help mature the mid-market sales motion and define the path to enterprise expansion over time.
  • Deal Strategy: Adapt sales motions and deal strategies to support increasingly complex buyer environments as segments scale.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate documentation in Salesforce.
  • Performance: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual quotas with a strong focus on high-impact results.
  • Negotiation: Drive deal strategy, structuring, and pricing negotiations for mid-market contracts.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5–10 years of Account Executive experience exclusively in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Startup DNA: Proven experience selling in fast-paced Series A, B, or C environments.
  • Product Background: Experience selling full-UI SaaS platforms (e.g., CRM, Project Management, ERP); candidates from narrow point-solution backgrounds will not be considered.
  • Track Record: Consistent history of meeting or exceeding an annual quota of $1.1M+.
  • Deal Size: Proven success closing deals with ACVs in the $15k–$60k range.
  • Operations: High level of discipline with Salesforce; strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Soft Skills: High energy, proactive mentality, and the emotional intelligence to build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Location: Must be able to commute to our office in Bryant Park, Manhattan 2–3 days a week.

Partnering directly with the CRO, you’ll build and strengthen our pipeline by securing high-quality meetings across sectors including Digital Agencies, Software Developers, Consultants, and Startups. Your ability to understand these verticals and tailor your approach will be essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of how businesses operate across multiple industry verticals
  • Build expertise in our space and confidently educate Owners, Executives, and other decision-makers on the value of company’s visibility
  • Identify high-potential market segments and generate a consistent pipeline of strong, qualified leads
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to identify and prioritize target accounts and manage early-stage opportunities
  • Create, maintain, and update point-of-view documentation for each target account
  • Prospect through highly personalized outbound efforts, including cold calls and targeted email campaigns
  • Craft and deliver world-class cold calls and tailored messaging to engage key decision-makers
  • Convert inbound leads and targeted outbound prospecting into qualified meetings and opportunities with sales executives and sales operations professionals
  • Schedule, prepare for, and conduct product demonstrations, including the development of relevant marketing materials and presentations
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing to develop, test, execute, and scale data-driven lead-nurturing and demand generation campaigns
  • Collaborate with your manager to set monthly OKRs and build clear action plans to achieve them
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity metrics, pipeline targets, and performance goals
  • Accurately document all prospect interactions in Salesforce to ensure effective lead management

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of professional sales experience, including at least 1 year in B2B SaaS
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Highly competitive, self-motivated, and able to operate independently
  • Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
  • High energy, proactive, and resilient
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
