We are looking for a skilled help desk specialist to provide fast and effective support to clients. As a help desk specialist, you will be required to respond to queries over the phone, assess and diagnose computer hardware and software problems, and implement effective solutions. You may also be required to provide basic computer training, modify hardware systems, install computer peripherals, and perform basic computer maintenance.

• Your experience with troubleshooting tools (e.g., reading logs, error messages, or using platforms like Zendesk, Intercom, Jira, or Linear).

How to submit your video:

1. Record your video using your preferred tool (Loom, Zoom, phone, etc.).
2. Upload it to Google Drive.
3. Crucial: Change the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view" (Public Access) so our team can open it.
4. Paste the link into your application.
