The Mission: We need a creative powerhouse to put the company on the map. You will own our "Viral Video Strategy," creating short-form content that stops the scroll. We don't want boring B2B marketing; we want engaging, educational, and entertaining content that sales professionals actually want to watch.

What You’ll Do:

• Viral Strategy: Concept, script, and edit short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) focused on sales failures, coaching tips, and "roasting" bad pitches.
• Brand Voice: Translate our AI insights into digestible, human-centric content.
• Trend Jacking: Identify trending audio and formats in the "Sales/Business" niche and adapt them to the SalesAsk brand.
• Analytics: Monitor video performance and iterate rapidly on hooks and formats to maximize reach.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Portfolio: A proven track record of growing social channels or creating viral video content (please share links).
• Editing Skills: Speed and proficiency in CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools.
• Sales Intuition: You understand the pain of a lost sale and can speak the language of sales reps and VPs alike.
• Scrappiness: You don't need a studio; you can create high-quality content with a phone and a good light.
