💼 SAP Functional Integration Lead
This role requires an IT SAP Functional Integration Lead to drive cross-functional coordination and integration leadership during an ERP S/4HANA transformation. The Lead will bridge business, implementation partners, and technical teams to ensure solution consistency, scalability, and architectural alignment in a complex, multi-entity international environment.
Key Responsibilities Summary
Functional & Application Architecture: Define, maintain, and align the SAP S/4HANA architecture with IT strategy and business goals. Maintain guidelines for SAP and third-party solution boundaries.
Project Leadership & Coordination: Act as the functional lead orchestrator across S/4HANA workstreams. Guarantee solution consistency, arbitrate functional options, and monitor cross-functional integration points.
Governance & Best Practices: Participate in design authority/architecture review boards. Promote industry best practices and facilitate cross-domain coordination, consolidating functional risks and issues.
Mandatory Experience and Requirements
Experience: Proven experience as a SAP Functional Integration Lead or Architect, ideally in S/4HANA transformation programs.
SAP Knowledge: Strong cross-domain knowledge of Finance, Controlling, Procurement, and Supply Chain processes and their integration in SAP.
Architecture: Ability to design and document target enterprise architecture in complex, multi-entity environments.
Language: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required. French or German is a plus.
Travel: Up to 20% travel maximum, mainly in Europe..
