 A fast-paced, deep-tech AI startup with 20 employees and $10M in Series A funding is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with over 8 years of experience. This remote role focuses on building a "compiler for circuit boards" to automate PCB design and accelerate electronic development. The ideal candidate will be an autonomous individual contributor ready for a high-risk, high-reward environment, working alongside ex-SpaceX engineers on cutting-edge technology.

This position involves building the full-stack interface to a true AI compiler for hardware, with significant ownership and the opportunity to impact real hardware workflows for top-tier electronics firms. The company's culture is collaborative yet intense, prioritizing autonomy and resilience.

The company is seeking a candidate with a robust background in:

• Full-Stack Development: Designing and building end-to-end features, from the front-end to the back-end.
• Front-End: Expertise in React/TypeScript for creating user interfaces for schematic input, configuration, and visualization.
• Back-End: Experience developing services to process and orchestrate PCB compile jobs, and a strong background in Python and distributed systems.
• Infrastructure: Familiarity with Kubernetes, Terraform, and ensuring system observability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Advanced Systems: Experience interfacing with reinforcement-learning engines, HPC pipelines, and implementing job queues and load balancing for large-scale compute.

The ideal candidate for this role has a background working with US-based VC-backed startups or fast-growing non-US startups. 

They have experience working with US companies and come from product-based companies, not dev shops. They are a senior, autonomous engineer who is comfortable in a remote-first, async-friendly environment.
