Key Responsibilities
Own end to end delivery of LLM features from prototype to production
Design and evolve a service oriented architecture with typed APIs in NestJS and GraphQL
Build an evaluation framework for LLM quality and safety
Implement and maintain retrieval patterns like embeddings and RAG
Productionize data flows with PostgreSQL and Redis
Standardize multi tenant voice AI provisioning with declarative config
Ship observability with Langfuse, Datadog, Grafana, Sentry, and CloudWatch
Optimize LLM cost and latency with tracing and smart fallbacks
Own CI/CD and rollouts with GitHub Actions and feature flags
Collaborate with clinicians and product, mentor peers, and uphold code quality
Protect PHI and follow secure engineering practices with EHR integrations
