 A Series B AI company with 35 employees and $36M in funding is searching for a Staff Full Stack Engineer with over 7 years of experience. This remote role is for an engineer who will own core generative AI features, from prompt engineering to frontend implementation. The company is seeking a candidate with:

• Full Stack Expertise: A minimum of 7 years of experience building features end-to-end, with a proven track record of owning projects from start to finish.
• AI/ML: Experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering, and building AI-powered features like customizable summaries and skills matrices.
• Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and React. Experience with PostgreSQL, Docker, and frameworks like FastAPI and LangChain is also highly valued.
• Product Development: A product-first mindset with experience collaborating with design and product teams to shape UX and user workflows.
• Quality & Scalability: A focus on ensuring output quality, maintaining a fast iteration speed, and building APIs and UI for querying data.

The ideal candidate for this role has a background working with US-based VC-backed startups or fast-growing non-US startups. 

They have experience working with US companies and come from product-based companies, not dev shops. They are a senior, autonomous engineer who is comfortable in a remote-first, async-friendly environment.
